Returns & Exchanges

Sadly, not everything in life works out. Sometimes things break, and sometimes things just aren’t exactly what we expect. At Touch of New England we believe in working together to find a solution that always results in a satisfying shopping experience for our customers.

We offer products of careful workmanship from New England-based businesses. Because most products we offer are produced in small batches by small, independent craftspeople, each item may have variations in shape, size, and/or color. These variations are not considered defects; to the contrary, they are expressions of the individuality of its moment of creation.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we’re here to help! We offer free returns for damaged or defective items within 30 days of original purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging with their original tags and/or hardware, where applicable.

You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Refunds, store credits, and/or shipping replacement items are initiated within one week of receipt of the qualifying returned item(s).

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Request a refund through your My Account page or visit our Contact Us page.
  2. Provide your order number and email address.
  3. Specify which products you would like to return.
  4. Print the prepaid return shipping label once you receive it via email.
  5. Send all items back to us using the label provided.

Please note:

  • Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Items confirmed delivered by the applicable shipping company are not considered missing or undelivered items meriting a refund, exchange, or store credit.
  • The customer is responsible for all new shipping costs related to returns and exchanges unless the result of a defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped product.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
